Last years cold winter has left some people in the South West London area with more than just a big heating bill. Kingston hospital maternity unit have reported that births will exceed 500 this November, 9 months after many homes across the country were snowed in for days. So I guess even a snow blizzard has a silver lining.

As promised in part one here are the pics of the lovely Issabella, as I arrived Mum Marie said she thought that Issabella looked like she was about to have a nap. and bless her after about five minutes and only her first costume change her little eyelids began to drop, so with a little gentle persuasion we got her in three different out fits and a number different poses, and despite really wanting to have that nap, she did not complain or cry. She did look at me a couple of times as to say “are you still here? “. As you can see below Issabella is a beautiful baby, and it’s her eyes for me that makes these images really stand out.

This little angel was so much fun, Upon arriving Mum Helen let me know that they had not had the most restful night, little Eleanor had been awake most of the night, not crying or unwell but smiling and singing to herself. I am not sure Mum and Dad were as amused!
Despite this set back Eleanor was great, she is already such a bright baby and so aware. lovely images from a lovely family. Watch a slide show of the whole shoot, and check out my favorites below.

I had the pleasure of of taking the photographs of this family in surrey, they have a fantastic garden which is where most of the images are taken. With three gorgeous children of different ages is was quite a task to keep up and know who shoot next, but for me that is half the fun. I just love the results. This shoot took place in Weybridge Surrey, With Mum Amanda and Dad Matt and the very willing baby Alethea, this little girl as you can see below was brilliant, at a mere five months she is like a little Kate Moss in the making. Every shot she came up with a new expression, different but just as cute as the last. It was a struggle to edit them down. Just beautiful.

Jenna contacted me as she had seen the skin on skin shots on my website and wanted something similar with herself, Husband and son Daniel. What a beautiful little boy Daniel is and the perfect age for these kind of shots, he has the most amazing blue eyes( just like his Mum ) as you will see. Just adorable.
Sorry but could not help adding in their dog, what a face!

This is little Caiden, I photographed him a little while ago as a bump! Mum Dad and Grandma are all here, and I have a special interest in Grandma as her name is Veda and this is also my mothers name, we have never met or even heard of another Veda before, so it was a real treat to find one. Caiden is as you will see, just adorable. He did not cry once, and even fell asleep right on cue for some beautiful dozing shots.

This shoot in Kingston Surrey was with 13 month old Lucie, and as with most little ones at this age she is on the move (who wants to sit still and have their boring old photograph taken anyway!!) I love this collection of the images taken, she has so many cheeky expressions, the one with the tongue out has to be a favorite. I don’t actually remember seeing it when I took that photograph, she must poked it in and out at speed!

2010In this shoot my little subject was five month old Carys, all I can say is this baby is a real angel, we had a number of outfit changes with different shots in different locations and bless her, she just went along with it all. What you might call a photographers dream, it shows as the shots are lovely and Mum and Dad were really pleased:

My little subject for this shoot lives literally a stones throw away. Isabella’s parents are both teachers at the American school situated in my village, and apart from the odd student wandering through the village, you wouldn’t know that there are 600 students attending this school. It was nice to meet someone from behind the scenes and find a out little more about the school.
At just six weeks old she is, as you will see a real cutie and even gave a smile, I am relieved to say I caught it, as quite often babies will wait until your camera is zipped up in your bag before they give you a grin! It was a lovely sunny morning and we also got a few shots outside, with the proud Mum and Dad and the very beautiful Isabella.
